KEDLEY HOT/COLD GEL PACK ONE SIZE

Cold therapy – Place pack in freezer for approximately 2 hours before use. Hot therapy – (Microwave) Place pack in clean microwave oven at 600W maximum for 15-20 seconds, Test heat and repeat at 5 second intervals until desired heat is reached. Apply the pack in 5-20 minute intervals or until symptoms are relieved.
